About Me
I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in individual therapy for both adults and adolescents. With a primary emphasis on fostering trust and connection, I work closely with my clients to explore the complexities of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
I absolutely love helping individuals connect to their deepest values to confront their most daunting fears. I am prepared to help clients face whatever is frustrating them with an approach that works for each of them.
I have an in-depth awareness of how stress and anxiety can hinder self-esteem, productivity, achievement, relationships, and feeling fulfilled in life. I use evidence-based strategies that help clients learn how to take action in their lives in order to achieve the outcomes they are looking for.
More specifically, I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Prevention Response Therapy (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My treatment approach prioritizes interventions that promote growth, empowerment, resilience, and courage. In addition, I also incorporate mind-body techniques like mindfulness, self-compassion training, and somatic experiencing to promote lasting mental and physical well-being.
